The museum’s popular summer concerts return. The City Stages series features acclaimed global music artists on a neighborhood stage outside Transformer Station. Garifuna Collective blends contemporary Garifuna roots music with dance.

An interactive performance that imparts the gift of song to visitors. As artist Lee Mingwei contemplated mortality and the beauty of life, the notion of a folding and unfolding blossom became the foundation for this immersive musical experience in which a solo vocalist performs one of five of Schubert’s Lieder.
